Bury St Edmunds’ Christmas Fayre – see Chris cook at 12.00 noon on Sunday 26th November

The Bury St Edmunds Christmas Fayre is now in its 14th year. The event which extend from the historic Angel Hill and Abbey Gardens to the modern Arc shopping centre and The Apex has over 300 stalls selling a variety of gifts, crafts, food, seasonal produce alongside local and regional entertainment on three stages .

Bury St Edmunds based ICE Cook School will once again be running the ICE Cookery Theatre at this year’s Fayre, showcasing a number of local, national and internationally renowned and award winning Chefs. Based in the Cathedral Cloisters, the Chefs will be running live cookery demonstrations throughout Friday, Saturday and Sunday and will be wowing visitors with amazing recipes, ground-breaking techniques and quality ingredients. A must see for any foodie!

Sunday at noon, 26th November , The Bildeston Crown’s Chris Lee will be cooking venison!
