Cook with ….Chris. Nedging Lamb is at the Show, on the menu and in the papers!

If you were not lucky enough to see chef Chris Lee join compère Emma Crowhurst (photo) to cook Nedging lamb on the popular Cookery Theatre stage at last week’s Suffolk Show, don’t worry. There is still plenty of opportunity to both eat and cook this delicious lamb reared on the local Bridge Farm. “Cannon of Nedging lamb, braised shoulder, English peas & broad beans” is a firm favourite on the current Select menu and a variation of the dish, “Summer Lamb with peas, broad beans and gnocchi”, is to be the featured recipe to appear in this Saturday’s, East Anglian Daily Times “Cook with …” column written by our own Chris Lee.
