Chef Chris Lee has created a special five-course menu which has been matched with Lismore Wines

Talking you through the selected wines on the night will be Samantha O’Keefe, the founder of Lismore Wines and the  “one-woman pioneer in the South African wine world”. Samantha’s story started with her moving away from California, to Greyton in Western Cape, in the hope of having a different way of life for her and her family. Achieving the Californian dream in South Africa, Samantha and Lismore Wines can boast recent accolades on international platforms such as Decanter Magazine, The Financial Times and Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate.
