Chris joins Tessa Allingham, publisher of Suffolk Feast One county Twenty Chefs on the Wild Suffolk Stage at 11.00 to cook one of the dishes featured in the book – Partridge and Duck Liver Wellington.  Later on the Tiptree Stage at 1.00pm, Chris demonstrates a current popular dish from the Select menu,  Roasted Halibut, Confit Cheek Brandade, White Beans & Parsley.
